First start by chopping up your favorite fruits. Anything will work from Kiwis to blueberries, the more colorful the better. Then drop the sliced fruit into popsicle freezer containers. Pour in grape juice and freeze for at least 6 hours. These delicious, all natural freezer pops will stay for up to 2 weeks and make wonderful afternoon snacks or quick breakfast meal on the go!
