Here is what you will need to get started making this delicious Roasted Potatoes with sage, thyme, rosemary and garlic recipe:

Ingredients

  • 1.5 kg potatoes, peeled
  • sea salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • olive oil
  • 1 bulb garlic, broken into cloves
  • red wine vinegar

Flavor Combo 1

  • 2 good lugs olive oil
  • 1 bunch fresh rosemary, leaves picked

Flavor Combo 2

  • 50 g butter, cut into little cubes
  • 1 bunch fresh sage, roughly torn
  • 1 clementine

Flavor Combo 3

  • 2 tablespoons goose fat
  • 1 bunch fresh thyme, leaves picked
  • 2 fresh bay leaves
