Shrimp Fra Diavolo Recipe Instructions:

1) Start with 1 lb of peeled and de-veined, dry shrimp

2) Season with hot peppers, add salt and olive oil

3) Sear shrimp in a very hot pan, placing them onto the pan in one single layer

4) Remove shrimp from pan, and start sauce

5) Add diced onions, salt, and cook until soft and golden brown

6) Add dry oregano and minced garlic, stir for a minute

7) Deglaze the pan with a glass of white wine

8) After wine is boiling add crushed San Marzano Tomatos

9) Simmer and lower heat to medium low, cook sauce for about 10-15 minutes

10) Add shrimp back into pan, and reheat shrimp by stirring with sauce

11) Add basil leaves and freshly chopped Italian parsley

12) Taste sauce and add seasonings to preference

13) Add Shrimp and Sauce mixture to rice or pasta before serving
