Baja Style Fish Tacos are insanely popular in Calirfornia. This foodie favorite inspires weekly Taco Tuesday dinners and is also the perfect way to celebrate Mexican Independence Day, Fourth of July or Cinco de Mayo! We love this Fish Taco Recipe because it doesn’t require a grill and it is relatively healthy, since the fish is not battered. This is the perfect summer dish because it is light, citrusy, and a great source of protein. You can serve these fish tacos as tapas at a party with an ice cold Corona beer and lime!
